Genkem - QAR 209C

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Genkem's QAR 209C is a two part polyurethane adhesive. It provides exceptional bond strength and moisture resistance. Good gap filling properties, chemicals and oil resistance when cured.

PREPERATION

QAR 209C is supplied in dual metal containers. Add contents of the smaller container to that of the larger. Stir well for at least three minutes until uniform colour is reached.

Potlife of the mix is approximately thirty minutes. The contents must be applied and spread evenly over the substrate immediately.

Spread with a serrated trowel. Trowel specifications.

  1. For wood mosaics and synthetic grass - 3mm depth V-shaped and spaced 5mm apart, also for wooden strip flooring.
  2. Rubber and moulded PVC - 1.5mm depth V-shaped and spaced 5mm apart.

QAR 209C applied as directed will allow installation time of approximately one hour.

Roll well and carefully using a three section roller.
Wood mosaics may be sanded twelve hours after installation.
