PRODUCT INFORMATION

Waterbased, anti-fungal, hard surface sealer for porous surfaces, eg. concrete, against penetration of waxes, oils, grease and fats. It dries to a clear, colourless sheen finish and will preserve the natural colour of the paving being sealed. Recommended for use on exterior surfaces.

PRODUCT USES

Concrete, brick and other porous paving materials

FEATURES
  1. Dries to a clear, colourless sheen finish that preserves the natural colour of the paving.
  2. UV resistant and non-yellowing.
  3. Can be used indoors.

PREPERATION
  • Old surfaces should have all dirt and dust removed from areas to be sealed using a hard bristle or wire brush.
  • Remove surface contamination by stripping or scraping.
  • Oil or grease stains should be removed using Nova 11 Brush Cleaner.
  • The area should then be hosed down and left to dry.
  • Since Nova 5 Novapave is water-based, it may be applied to damp, but not wet, surfaces.

APPLICATION
  • Apply with a brush or broom, avoiding pooling. Work in well, treating one square metre at a time.
  • Allow to dry for one hour or until coating is completely clear.
  • Two or three coats may be required depending on porosity of floor and degree of gloss or sheen required.
  • Tools, equipment and spills can be cleaned easily with water before the Nova 5 Novapave has dried.

HINTS & TIPS
  • Do not apply is temperature is below 5°C or in wet conditions.
  • Not recommended for pool surrounds as surfaces coated with Nova 5 Novapave become slippery when wet.
